He understood structure, geometry, and the sacred mathematics of building things from nothing. The same principles that governed his blueprints would one day govern his sound.
2020 · The Catalyst
COVID CHANGED EVERYTHING
The COVID-19 pandemic didn't just disrupt the world — it dismantled Rosin Guy's career. Laid off from the construction field, he faced the same crossroads that millions hit during that era: rebuild the old life, or build something entirely new. He chose new. He chose sound. The silence of lockdown became the loudest studio he'd ever worked in. The drafter picked up a DAW and never looked back.

EXPERIMENTAL ELECTRONIC COMPOSER
Rosin Guy dove deep into electronic music production — not to copy what existed, but to push past it. Influenced by the raw energy of Warp Brothers, Daft Punk, Benny Benassi, Basshunter, and Brooklyn Bounce from the '90s and early 2000s, and shaped by the modern textures of Lorn, Skeler, Rone, Liquid Stranger, and Martin Garrix — he began forging a sound that blends old-school energy with new-wave experimentation. Growing up, he was deeply inspired by the soundtracks and aesthetics of The Matrix and Blade — the dark, electronic pulse of those films shaped his sonic identity and visual style long before he ever touched a DAW. Unconventional textures. Emotional production. Boundary-pushing everything.
The Collective · Underground Studio
CYPHER SOCIETY
Rosin Guy became a core member of Cypher Society — an indie underground studio collective that creates collaborative mixes using samples from both established and rising electronic artists. The collective operates outside the mainstream machine, building something real in the shadows. It's where Rosin Guy sharpened his craft, found his tribe, and proved that the best music doesn't need a label — it needs a mission.

During this reinvention, Rosin Guy embraced a logic-based belief system and adopted the identity of a Neogenian — a word he coined to symbolize "new beginning."
