We operate on a self-employment model. Here's exactly what that means for you as a Neogenian.

The Neogenian Squad is built on independent contractors — real people who own their time, set their rates, and choose their missions. There's no traditional employer-employee relationship here. You are your own business.

You set your own availability — no one tells you when to work

Do I need any special qualifications to join?

You do not need to have any special requirements to join, but you have to give it your very best to try to build your own clients. We will send you a custom made Neogenian Card with your special unique Pin for your suits or outfits to look superb in all your missions. (Lost pins are $20 for replacements.) We will send you a log on code every time you log in with your email — no passwords are required and we never share your information.

How much will I get paid?

It depends — some work hourly, some work and get paid when the job is finished. It's all up to you how you want to be a hero! Some Neogenians work for knowledge to gain experience, maybe pick up internships at low pays but later a huge raise. Other than that, we want you to have your ultimate mission in life and want you to live up to your Archetype of your liking.

Am I an employee of the Neogenian Squad?

Neogenian Squad members operate as self-employed independent contractors. You are responsible for your own taxes and business obligations under Colorado law. Sending in an application already says that you accept the agreement.

Can I work other jobs while being a Neogenian?

Yes! The point is to work many different jobs and obtain lots of different knowledge and clientele, then working face to face with another Neogenian and become one with all in your own way.

What if I'm not in Denver — can I still join?

Yes! Still fill out the application so we can obtain concentrated Neogenian interest by location and develop a station hub in the future and open up other major areas.

When will the squad expand beyond Denver?

Spread the word! Later we will have rewards or bonuses for Neogenians, referral bonus sign-ons, and Hub station building where all the Neogenians come together.

How do I get missions after I'm accepted?

You will get leads from us in an email or leads from other Neogenians. The point is to fill those seats when needed, so try your best to get others recruited in the Neogenian System. The main mission — if not any that you take — that is the core to our growth is the "Show Up and Do Nothing" job or "Fill a Seat!"

Is there a minimum number of missions I have to take?

No, but sending us a report of your job would be helpful as the client may need to fill a lot of seats. Your real job is to create more Super Neogens to join the movement.
